Dr. Lutfi Rashid is an experienced orthopaedic surgeon currently practicing at Pusat Perubatan University Malaya (PPUM), where he serves as the head of the Paediatrics and Limb Lengthening and Reconstructive Surgery Department within the Orthopaedics division. He graduated in 2010 from University College Cork, Ireland. With over 13 years of experience in orthopaedic surgery, Dr. Lutfi passed his specialization exams in 2019. He further advanced his expertise through two fellowships in the UK—one at St George’s Hospital, London, and the other at Sheffield Children’s Hospital—spanning two years in total.

Dr. Lutfi has a particular passion for treating complex limb deformities in both children and adults. Outside of his medical career, he is a devoted father of three and enjoys playing football in his spare time. He is also committed to humanitarian work, with one of his most recent missions being in Gaza, Palestine, where he provided essential medical care to those in need. At Klinik Lanaamedik, he is our visiting specialist and performs joint injections and minor surgeries.
